By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the tool.

What the service is

A free utility that removes the visible Gemini sparkle watermark from images you provide. Processing happens entirely in your browser; no image is uploaded to us. No account is required and no fee is charged.

Use it on your own images

This tool is intended for images you generated yourself or otherwise hold the rights to. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, with the terms of the service that generated the image, and with any third-party rights.

Do not use this tool to misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made in contexts where that matters, to infringe copyright, or for any unlawful purpose. We do not condone or support such use.

What the tool does not do

• It does not remove SynthID. Google's invisible provenance signal is embedded during generation and is not affected by removing the visible mark. An image cleaned here remains identifiable as AI-generated by tools that check for it.
• It does not remove other services' watermarks. Marks from other generators use different patterns and are out of scope.
• It does not guarantee a result on every file. Cropped, resized or heavily recompressed images may no longer match the original overlay. In that case the tool reports that no watermark was found rather than altering the file.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

The tool modifies image data. While it is designed to be lossless outside the watermark area, unexpected results are possible with unusual formats or edge cases not covered by testing. Keep your original files. We are not liable for data loss, image corruption or unintended modification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

Availability

This is a free service offered without any uptime commitment. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.

The removal engine is gemini-watermark-remover, used under the MIT Licence. The reverse alpha blending method and calibrated watermark masks derive from work © 2024 AllenK (Kwyshell), also MIT licensed.

Not affiliated with Google

Gemini, Nano Banana and Imagen are products of Google. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Product names are used only to describe what the tool is compatible with.

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
